This policy explains how Akinjobi Abdurrahman Olanrewaju (“I”) handles information when you visit the Itqan Codes portfolio website, send an inquiry, or use a booking link.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, and message you submit. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message. If you book a call, you provide information through Calendly’s booking page.

How information is used

I use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss or provide requested services, and protect the contact form from spam and abuse. I do not sell your personal information.

Services that process information

• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and routes them for delivery. Its own privacy notice explains its handling and retention practices.
• hCaptcha is used to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Its service may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser or interaction signals, for security and abuse prevention.
• Calendly handles information entered when you schedule a call through its booking page.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on the site. When a browser requests these fonts, Google may receive technical connection information.

These services may process information on systems in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe their own practices.

Browser storage and cookies

This site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage under “itqan-theme.” It does not contain your name or contact details. hCaptcha and Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies when their features load or are used. You can manage browser storage and cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect those features.

Retention and security

I keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond, provide a service, maintain relevant business records, or resolve a dispute. The service providers listed above may retain data according to their own policies. I use reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may contact me to ask what personal information I hold about you or request its correction or deletion. I will respond in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
